Outdoor Workouts: open to all!

Our outdoor workouts are open to members and not-yet-members alike and are suitable for all levels and paces. Choose between a stair workout, run club, or come to both!

What are stair workouts?

  • 30-minute sessions

  • Combination of running or walking stairs and bodyweight strength exercises

What is run club?

  • 30-minute running or walking sessions

  • Think track workouts, but more fun!

  • Interval running focused on endurance, hills, or speed

  • Suitable to all levels and paces

  • Great for getting back into running or getting into running in the first place!
